If you’re anticipating a busy schedule, financial stress, and too much food this holiday season and you’d rather experience peaceful celebration, explosively joyful memories, and avoiding weight gain (physical or emotional) – then join us for eight weeks of Navigating Turkey & Tinsel!
November 10th, 2024 to January 5th, 2025
You’ll master Pre-Holiday Prep, Portion Control, Healthy Habits, Mindful Eating, Active Celebrations, Healthy Recipe Swaps, Support Systems, and Post-Holiday Recovery with a great group of like-minded humans! We will work to identify trip hazards, ways to fill up emotionally (and with yummy food), and how to ease back into reality once the holidays are over.
