21 Day Ease Into Exercise Challenge – Solo
If you have a love-hate relationship with exercise, if you’ve had issues with keeping consistent with an exercise program or you don’t enjoy being sore after going all out in a tough workout, this challenge is for you! We go from 2.5 minutes of exercise to being able to complete a full blown 55 minute workout by the end of the 21 day challenge! We build up by just shy of 2 minutes of additional exercises each day to build confidence and see visible results without shocking your system or creating massive muscle aches.
Too tired to exercise? No worries! Starting the program at just 2.5 minutes of exercise and adding just 2 minutes per day is a great way to commit to a tiny portion of time and energy in the beginning that will eventually grow into a full 55 minute workout by the end of the challenge! Many people experience an increase in energy after starting a consistent exercise program.
Can’t afford the gym? No worries! This challenge requires no special equipment or expenses. You don’t need to leave your house! You don’t need much for space to exercise. You can wear whatever you want!
Not motivated to exercise? No worries! You’ll have myself along with the other challengers for accountability, support, and encouragement within the private Facebook group. We’ll all be there to cheer you on every day. You’ll set up rewards along the way that get you excited about reaching them.
Don’t feel young enough, fit enough or coordinated enough to exercise? No worries! Most of the exercises in the program are customizable with modifications given to fit a wide range of ages and fitness levels.
Videos of each exercise and modifications are provided along with a PDF of the workout so you can have it on hand at any time you choose.
Please consult with your doctor prior to signing up for the program if you suspect you may have any issues arising from starting an exercise program. You’ll need to sign a waiver prior to participation.
The investment in this challenge is just $19. You’ll get a gradual build to a full 55 minute workout, access to a private Facebook group to connect with the other challengers and get relevant exercise information throughout the challenge, you’ll get accountability, motivation, and individual support.
