Pole Dancing is a gravity-defying, confidence-boosting experience that will leave you feeling empowered and strong. No matter your fitness level or dance background, Melanie will guide you through basic spins tricks, and sensual movements in a supportive, inclusive, positive, sexy environment.
Not only will you tone muscles you never knew you had, you’ll also improve flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.
So grab your heels, sneakers or bare feet and let’s slay those spins together! See you on the pole!

No prior experience is needed – just bring your enthusiasm, a sense of adventure, and maybe a pair of knee pads (you can purchase at the studio, if need be).
Each class is 50 minutes in length and you’ll learn four to five new moves that will be choreographed into a routine you’ll work on. Come to class pre-stretched and ready to rock and roll!
All sales are final. 24 hour notice is required when the need to reschedule a session is necessary to avoid forfeiture of scheduled session. Any scheduled session that is a no show counts toward purchased sessions. Any scheduled session not attended nor with at least 24 hours advanced notice to request reschedule will count toward purchased sessions.
