Melanie did the innercise necessary to bring her emotional fitness to the next level which gave way for her physical fitness to soar resulting in a 103 pound weight loss in 15 months.  She will guide you on the right path for your unique goals both emotionally and physically.

Our health and fitness programs have been designed to help you develop the five core areas of fitness: emotional wellbeing, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, nutrition, and strength training. Whether you are interested in toning and tightening, tackling weight management, or just want to get into a weekly workout routine, Melanie is a professional fitness expert here to help.

We offer personalized training sessions, group workout classes (HIIT, Circuit Training, Yoga, Pilates, Body Weight, Water Aerobics, etc.), group kayaking, basic pole dancing, pole conditioning, floor dancing, and chair dancing. We also offer transformation coaching designed to meet you where you are and bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
